Well I can see the desire to eliminate future drains on the country - so yeah go ahead and spend the money!
Then tackle the short term problem of all those seniors draining SSI, Medicare and Medical with a little selective euthanasia. We could call it the Soilent Green Initiative. I've got no problem with that (at least not yet at 57).
